​I feel so grateful and inspired by providing expecting mamas with yoga and meditation tools that are proven to work in making pregnancy and birth more easeful.

I am especially excited to support women when they are looking to have a VBAC. Even though we can’t guarantee any outcomes it seems to me that our tools really help!
