About Dee
Dee Yergo doesn’t offer self-improvement. She offers initiation to real change. Her work isn’t about becoming better—it’s about becoming authentic to your soul’s calling.
Equal parts mystic and pragmatist, Dee is a shapeshifter who meets people exactly where they are—whether that’s in the language of science, the synchronicity of spirit, or something in between. She weaves together nervous system wisdom, yogic embodiment, Tibetan Buddhism’s clarity of mind, and empowered somatic practices to create modern containers of support. She is a midwife for your rebirth.
These are not cookie-cutter sessions—they’re co-created experiences where grief is a portal, shame is a compass, and desire is a map back to aliveness.
This is intuitive, embodied coaching rooted in the intelligence of the body and the wisdom of a trained mind—guided by a skilled shadow hunter who sees what you’ve buried, blesses it, and dares you to bring it into the light.
She’s not for everyone. She is a sometimes provocateur who loves you too much to let you play small.
Her clients don’t come to be coddled. They come to be met—fully, fiercely, and without flinching. Dee works with leaders on the brink of burnout, creatives who’ve lost their spark, trauma survivors reclaiming their lives, and seekers who are done pretending. People who crave the emergence of their soul over societal expectation, raw truth over spiritual gloss, and the kind of freedom that costs you your old life.
Born and raised in New York City by immigrant parents, Dee carries the grit of lived experience and the radiance of hard-won joy. She’s walked through fire and the process of becoming. And now she walks beside others as they do the same.
Her experience in corporate leadership and birth work informs her rare ability to midwife profound personal transformation.
She is also a writer, giving voice to the unspeakable beauty and raw paradox of rites of passage. Her work is deeply informed by the spacious intelligence of Tibetan Buddhism, the ancient science of yoga, the elemental wisdom of plant medicine, and years of training in altered states—where she studies the language of symbols, tracks the unconscious, and follows the subtle architecture of collective healing.
