Meditation Coaching can support and enhance your journey toward lasting peace and happiness. Dee's approach draws from eastern philosophy with meditation as an integral part of shifting the way that you look at the world.  Work one on one, as a couple or a family to:
  • establish a strong and consistent meditation practice
  • develop the skill of mindfulness to ease stress
  • transform negative thought patterns to positive ones
  • improve self-esteem and increase self awareness
  • find a better balance between effort and ease
  • shift the way that you view the world
  • develop and array of tools to navigate day to day situations
  • increase patience and stop reacting in anger
  • improve relationships with loved ones
  • learn to access intuition and develop self-agency

Sessions can be scheduled in person or via Zoom.
