Setting Healthy Boundaries and Communicating with Compassion
Boundaries are essential in creating healthy relationships with ourselves and others and yet it can be challenging to understand exactly where our limits are and how to communicate them effectively. In this experiential 3 hour transformational workshop, we will explore locating our boundaries from an embodied perspective as well as learn some tools on how to share our boundaries with others in a clear and compassionate way.
This workshop is held via Zoom. You will also be invited to a follow up Zoom Boundaries Lab 3 weeks after the workshop so that the group can workshop some live examples of putting our new skills in action.

- The signals our bodies gives us when we are pushed past our limits
- Movements to learn boundaries in an embodied way
- How to access your intuition when it comes to your boundaries
- Tools that calm the nervous system, so that we can stay aware of these breaches without being emotionally reactive
- Why it’s important for humans to understand their boundaries and respect the boundaries of others
- How to cultivate your agency, empowerment and confidence
- How to communicate compassionately and clearly
- How to listen deeply and reflect your understanding of someone’s perspective while still honoring your own
