Emotional Release Body Work
This is not surface-level relaxation. This is somatic excavation.
You will probably leave feeling calm, clear, even blissed out. But that’s not the goal. That’s just what happens when your body finally lets go.
If you’ve been doing the inner work—but your body still feels heavy, tight, wired, or numb—this may be your missing piece. This work is for the emotions your body has been holding onto for years. The anger you swallowed. The grief you tucked behind your ribs. The fear that froze in your jaw. Emotions don’t disappear just because you move on. They lodge in your tissues, your fascia, your nervous system—until they’re invited to move.
I draw from Thai bodywork, shamanic energy work, and the deep reset of yoga nidra. I use my hands and a curated set of props to create an evolving landscape of sensation—pressure, stretch, stillness, vibration—that helps you track and release what's happening inside. The sensations shift often, keeping you present and curious, not lulled into dissociation.
This isn’t spa work. It’s soul work.
It’s especially powerful when you're in the midst of a transformational process—therapy, ceremony, integration, or a major life shift. These sessions help your body catch up with what your spirit already knows.
Clients often tell me, “I didn’t realize how much I was carrying until it started to move.” This is the session people return to when talk therapy isn’t cutting it—when you’re ready to stop intellectualizing your healing and actually feel it move.
You don’t need to know what’s stuck. Your body already does. All you have to do is show up, feel, and stay with it.
What to Expect
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Come ready to meet yourself. Afterward, give yourself time to land—water, journaling, a walk will be necessary after this experience.
